"everyday vegan eats" making its debut!

Over the past few days, a few sneak-peeks of recipes from "Everyday Vegan Eats" have made appearances at a few spots around cyber space.

I'd like to first thank the amazing Nava Atlas, author of the cookbook "Wild About Greens," for posting the recipe of Portobello Fajitas with Roasted Poblano Cream Sauce on Veg Kitchen .

I'd also like to thank the wonderfully talented Angela McKee of Canned Time for reviewing the book, posting a recipe AND hosting a giveaway of Everyday Vegan Eats. Contest ends May 20.

Angela has posted the recipe for Fudge Brownies and she even made the Caramel Sauce from the book. You have to check out her photography! She made those brownies look so scrumptious.

And while you are there, make sure to enter to win a copy of Everyday Vegan Eats.

UPDATE:

Dianne Wenz at Veggie Girl.com is featuring my Scampi Pasta recipe (yes, the very one from the cover of the book) AND is also hosting a giveaway. Gotta love more than one way to win! Thank you, Dianne!! Contest ends May 19.

UPDATE:

Cadry made a ton of food from Everyday Vegan Eats over at Cadry's Kitchen.com! She really did a spectacular job of sampling a variety of dishes. And those pics! Go check them out! And then snag the Baked Mac and Cheese recipe and enter to win the cookbook. You can't enter too many times, can you? At least until you win! Thank you, Cadry!
